In February Grandpa Paul and Peggy came to visit. Grandpa just had open heart surgery and probably should have waited and recovered a little more, but made the trip to meet his one and only granddaughter! Although they were able to spend lots of quality time with Ava, Grandpa got a blood clot while he was here and had to go to Dr. Phillips hospital. Thankfully, he is doing well, as of this writing – and planning to come back and visit again soon.
